ab56600 staining Thioredoxin domain containing 9 (green) in CHOK1 cells transfected with PhLP3, by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized by 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS for 5 min at 4°C, and blocked with 3% BSA in PBS for 20 minutes at room temperature. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (diluted in 3% BSA in PBS) for 1 hour at room temperature. Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue).
