ab64833 staining TLE4 in mouse (E16.5) embryonic brain tissue section by Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections). Tissue underwent fixation in paraformaldehyde, permeabilized in 0.3% Triton X-100 and blocked in 0.2% Gelatin for 1 hour at 25°C. The primary antibody was diluted 1/100 and incubated with sample for 24 hours at 4°C. A Cy5® conjugated donkey polyclonal to rabbit IgG, diluted 1/500 was used as secondary.See Abreview
