ab103028 staining TMIE in mouse COS-7 cells transfected with TMIE-cherry plasmid by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with Triton X-100 and blocked with 4% BSA for 1 hour at 25°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/400) for 1 hour at 25°C.
