Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human liver tissue (hepatocytes) labelling TOMM22 with ab134274 at 10µg/ml. Primary incubation was followed by biotinylated horse anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody, alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.
