ab2386 staining Transglutaminase 2 in mouse primary drmal fibroblasts by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 and blocked with 3% BSA for 1 hour at 22°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/50 in 3% BSA in PBS + 0.1% Triton X100) for 16 hours at 4°C. ab2386 staining Transglutaminase 2 in human SW480 colorectal carcinoma cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde in 1X PBS/ 1% BSA for 7 min at RT and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton-X100 in PBS for 5 min at RT. Immunohistochemical anaylsis of Human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissue, staining Transglutaminase 2 with ab2386 at 1/100 dilution. Antigen retrieval was performed in citrate buffer at using a microwave oven. Staining was detected using DAB.
