ab98170 staining TRIM41 in the HepG2 cell line from Human liver by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with formaldehyde, permeabilized with Triton X-100 0.5% and blocked with 2% BSA for 30 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200) for 1 hour at 25°C.
