Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.
Fluorescent image of U251 cells stained with ATG5 Antibody. Antibody was diluted at 1:25 dilution. U251 cells were treated with Chloroquine (50 mu M, 16h), An Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).
Western blot of APG5L (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal APG5L Antibody (P224). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected (Lane 2) with the APG5L gene.
