Western blot analysis of Phospho-NMDA Receptor 2A pTyr1325 in rat hippocampal lysate using a Phospho-NMDA Receptor 2A pTyr1325 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-35400). Results show a band at ~180kDa. The phosphospecificity of this labeling is shown in the second lane where immunoreactivity is blocked by preadsorption with the phospho-peptide used as antigen but not by the dephosphopeptide (not shown).
