Western blot analysis of Tri-Methyl Histone H3 (Lys9) in Hela histones using a Tri-Methyl Histone H3 (Lys9) monoclonal antibody (MA5-18065) at various dilutions. Samples were separated by SDS-PAGE and transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane. The membrane was blocked in 3% NFDM-PBST for 1 hr at room temperature and incubated at 4°C prior to analysis.
