Immunohistochemistry Analysis: Representative lot data. Formalin Fixed Paraffin Embedded (FFPE) mouse frontal cortex (Fig. 1), mouse hippocampus (Fig. 2), and human pons (Fig. 3) tissues were prepared using heat-induced epitope retrieval (HIER). Immunostaining was performed using a 1:10-1:50 dilution of Cat. No. AM50509PU-N, Anti-MyT1L, clone 20B4.1. Reactivity was detected using an Anti-Mouse secondary antibody and HRP-DAB. Positive staining was observed in neurons of human pons and in mouse brain sections. Recommended dilution is 1:25.
