Detection of Human CoAA by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CoAA antibody used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate. CoAA was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot (-1) of this antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated CoAA, was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
Detection of Human and Mouse CoAA by Western Blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (15 and 50 ug), 293T (50 ug), Jurkat (50 ug), and mouse NIH3T3 (50 ug) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CoAA antibody used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
