Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human skin tissue reacted with CTHRC1 Antibody , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Western blot of CTHRC1 (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal CTHRC1 Antibody. 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected (Lane 2) with the CTHRC1 gene.
Western blot of CTHRC1 Antibody in A375 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). CTHRC1 (arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.
CTHRC1 Antibody flow cytometry of A375 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
