Western Blotting Analysis:<br />Representative lot data.<br />Human fetal brain (female) tissue lysate was probed with Cat. No. ABT188, Anti-Protocadherin 19 (5.0 µg/mL).<br />Proteins were visualized using a Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.<br />Arrow indicates Protocadherin 19 (~160 kDa).<br />Note: An uncharacterized band may appear at ~17 kDa in some lysates.
