No. 04-1572-I, Anti-RNA polymerase II subunit B1 (phospho-CTD Ser-5), clone 3E8 (1:2,000 dilution). Proteins were visualized using a Goat Anti-Rat IgG secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
