γ-protein phosphatase (γ-PPase) untreated and treated NIH/3T3 cell lysates were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membranes and probed with 0.25 µg/mL of anti-RNA polymerase II subunit B1 (phospho-CTD Ser-7) ; Lane 1, untreated. Lane 2 treated.
Proteins were visualized using a Goat Anti-Rat IgG conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection system.
