Western blot analysis of extracts from DO11.10 thymocyte hybridoma cells, untreated (-) or treated with TPA (12-O-Tetradecanoylphorbol-13-Acetate) #4174 (0.2 µM, 1 hr; +) and Ionomycin, Calcium Salt #9995 (0.33 µM, 1 hr; +), using Phospho-HDAC4 (Ser632)/HDAC5 (Ser661)/HDAC7 (Ser486) Antibody (upper).
