Desmocollin-3 in Mouse Embryo. Desmocollin-3 was detected in immersion fixed frozen sections of mouse embryo (13 d. p. c.) using Sheep Anti-Mouse Desmocollin-3 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody at 1.7 ug/ml overnight at 4°C. Tissue was stained using Anti-Sheep HRP-DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to the epidermis of the developing limb bud.
Detection of Mouse Desmocollin-3 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of mouse embryo (15 d. p. c.) tissue and mouse skin tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 ug/ml of Sheep Anti-Mouse Desmocollin-3 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. Specific bands were detected for Desmocollin-3 at approximately 90-110 kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
