Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human testis tissue reacted with EPHA10 antibody , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Western blot of lysates from HeLa, 293T cell line (from left to right), using EPHA10 Antibody. Antibody was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 20ug per lane.
Western blot of EPHA10 (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal EPHA10 Antibody. 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the EPHA10 gene (Lane 2) (Origene Technologies). (2 ug/ml)
Western blot of EPHA10 Antibody in K562 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). EPHA10 (arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.
