Detection of Human OSSA by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-OSSA antibody used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate. OSSA was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-OSSA antibody BL14027. For blotting immunoprecipitated OSSA, was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
Detection of Human and Mouse OSSA by Western Blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate from Jurkat (15 and 50 ug), HeLa (50 ug), 293T (50 ug), and mouse NIH3T3 (50 ug) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-OSSA antibody used for WB at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
