Immunofluorescent microscope analysis of NTERA-2 cells using anti-FOXD3 polyclonal antibody (poly6317) (red). alpha-tubulin (clone 10D8) has been labeled with green and nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue).
Whole cell extract from Hela cells (lane 1) and NTERA-2 cells (lane 2) were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with rabbit anti-FOXD3 antibody.
