Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human lung carcinoma tissue reacted with FXN antibody , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Western blot of anti-FXN Antibody in 293 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). FXN (arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.
Western blot of FXN (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal FXN Antibody (RB12571). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the FXN gene (Lane 2) (Origene Technologies).
