Western blot analysis of extracts from various cell lines using Integrin α2b (D8V7H) Rabbit mAb (upper) and GAPDH (D16H11) XP ® Rabbit mAb #5174 (lower). As expected, K-562 and HL-60 are negative for integrin α2b.
Immunoprecipitation of Integrin α2b from OCI-M1 cell extracts using Rabbit (DA1E) mAb IgG XP® Isotype Control #3900 (lane 2) or Integrin α2b (D8V7H) Rabbit mAb (lane 3). Lane 1 is 10% input. Western blot analysis was performed using Integrin α2b (D8V7H) Rabbit mAb.
