Mixed neuron glia cultures stain with INA antibody (red) and counterstained with rabbit polyclonal antibody to Coronin 1a, (green) which is an excellent marker of microglia and lymphocytes. The chicken internexin antibody is an excellent marker of neuronal processes in these cultures.
