Immunofluorescence using anti-PARP-10 [ARTD10] (human), mAb (5H11). Method: T47D mammary carcinoma cells were stained by indirect immunofluorescence and analyzed. Prior to fixation and staining, the cells were treated with or without 50nm leptomycin B (LMB) as indicated for 2 h. Controls identify samples that were not incubated with the primary antibody (mAb 5H11) but only with the secondary antibody. The exposure times were identical for the stainings with and without primary antibody. DNA was identified by Hoechst stain. A phase contrast picture of the labeled cells is shown as well.
