Whole-mount IHC analysis of Sox-10 zebrafish embryo. Sox-10 is stained green, and acetylated tubulin in stained red. Fish are 48 hours post fertilization (hpf), fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with proteinase K. Sox-10 is shown in Schwann cells and pigments cells in the turn (A) and along the posterior lateral line nerve (PLLn) (B), and in other neural crest derivatives in the head (C).
