Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human prostate carcinoma reacted with TPI1 Antibody , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Western blot of TPI1 (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal TPI1 Antibody. 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected (Lane 2) with the TPI1 gene.
Western blot of TPI1 Antibody in Y79(lane 1),CEM(lane 2) cell line and mouse brain tissue(lane 3) lysates (35 ug/lane). TPI1 (arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.(2 ug/ml)
TPI1 Antibody flow cytometry of CEM cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
