Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma tissue reacted with UBTD1 Antibody (C-term G195), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Western blot of UBTD1(arrow) using rabbit polyclonal UBTD1 Antibody (C-term G195) polyclonal antibody. 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the UBTD1 gene (Lane 2) (Origene Technologies).
Western blot of UBTD1 Antibody (C-term G195) in Hl60 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). UBTD1(arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.
