Western blot shows lysates of A549 human lung carcinoma cell line, WI‑38 human lung fibroblast cell line, HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, and NRK rat normal kidney cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat PINCH1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6257) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). Specific bands were detected for PINCH1 at approximately 37-40 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.
