F4/80 was detected in immersion fixed frozen sections of mouse lung using Rat Anti-Mouse F4/80 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5580) at 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL013) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). RAW 264.7 mouse monocyte/macrophage cell line was stained with Rat Anti-Mouse F4/80/EMR1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5580, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB006, open histogram), followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG F(ab')2 Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0113).
