Western blot shows lysates of SH‑SY5Y human neuroblastoma cell line, CCD‑1070Sk human foreskin fibroblast cell line, Neuro‑2A mouse neuroblastoma cell line, and NRK rat normal kidney cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Syntaxin 1B Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6848) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for Syntaxin 1B at approximately 33 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
