Western blot shows lysates of KATO-III human gastric carcinoma cell line, T47D human breast cancer cell line, and ME-180 human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 5 µg/mL Rat Anti-Human/Mouse Wnt‑9b Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3669) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). For additional reference, recombinant human Wnt-9b (20 ng) was included. A specific band for native Wnt-9b was detected at approximately 40 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 6.
