Western blot shows 25 ng of Recombinant Human DSCAM (Catalog # 3666-DS) and Recombinant Human DSCAM‑L1 (Catalog # 3315-DL). PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human DSCAM Long Isoform Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3666) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for DSCAM at approximately 250 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 3.
