Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) stimulated to induce Regulatory T Cells (Tregs) with 10 μg/mL Anti-CD3, 5 μg/mL Anti-CD28, 10 ng/mL Recombinant Human TGF‑ beta 1 (Catalog # 240-B), and 20 ng/mLRecombinant Human IL‑2 (Catalog # 202-IL) for 48 hours were stained with Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse LAP TGF‑ beta 1 APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB2463A) and either (A) Mouse Anti-Human LRRC32/GARP Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6055) or (B) Rat IgG1 Isotype Control (Catalog # MAB005) followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0105B).
