![Immunohistochemistry: BTN3A2 Antibody [28010002] - Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with an additional membranous staining in gastro-intestinal tract. Smooth muscle cells and lymphoid cells outside reaction centra showed strong cytoplasmic staining while strong nuclear staining was seen in a fraction of cells in seminiferous duct. Liver, renal tubules, prostate glands and neuronal tissues were weakly stained or negative. Malignant tissues exhibited similar staining properties as normal cells, mainly moderate cytoplasmic and/or membranous immunoreactivity. Many gliomas, prostate, skin, testicular, urothelial and renal cancers were weakly stained or negative.
