$Immunohistochemistry: Cystatin E/M/CST6 Antibody [28730002] - Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in a fraction of cells in renal tubules and in stratum granulosum of squamous epithelia. Liver and urothelial cells were mainly negative. Malignant tissues generally exhibited similar staining properties as normal cells. Occasional cases of renal cancers showed strong nuclear immunoreactivity. Most malignant lymphomas, prostate and hepatocellular cancers were negative.
