Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ANKRD50 antibody used for WB at 0.1 mcg/ml (A) and 1 mcg/ml (B) and used for IP at 6 mcg/mg lysate. ANKRD50 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ANKRD50 antibody which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated ANKRD50, the ReliaBLOT Reagents and Procedures were used.
