Western Blot: Pipecolic acid oxidase Antibody [NB600-649] - Analysis using HRP conjugate of NB600-649. Detection of Sarcosine Oxidase. Samples of 1 and 0.25 ug of purified Sarcosine Oxidase per lane were run by SDS-PAGE under reducing and non-reducing conditions and reduced samples contained 4% BME and were boiled for 5 minutes. Protein was transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with Goat anti Sarcosine Oxidase. Primary antibody was detected with Dylight 649 conjugated Donkey anti Goat (605-743-125 1:10K 1.5 hr RT in and imaged on the BioRad VersaDoc imaging system.

Primary antibody: Goat anti-Sarcosine Oxidase (Microbial) Antibody Biotin Conjugated at 1:1,000 overnight at 4C. Secondary antibody: HRP streptavidin secondary antibody at 1:40,000 for 30 min at RT. Block: incubated with blocking buffer for 30 min at RT. Predicted/Observed size: 45 kDa, 45 kDa for Sarcosine Oxidase monomeric alpha subunit.
