<B>Immunofluorescence</B><BR/>MDA-MB-231 cells were fixed and permeabilized with cold methanol followed by aceton. Fixed cells were stained with Mouse Anti-TMEM80 Clone: TMEM80-A101 (<B>Cat. No. SAB4100137</B>) diluted to 1:20. The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Cy3 conjugate. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.
