<B>Immunofluorescence</B><BR/>HeLa cells were fixed and permeabilized with 4% paraformaldehyde followed by 0.5% Triton<SUP>™</SUP> X-100. Fixed cells were stained with 2 μg Rabbit Anti-COG4 (<B>Cat. No. SAB4200568</B>). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, Cy3<SUP>™</SUP> conjugate. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.
