<B>Immunofluorescence</B><BR/>HeLa cells were fixed and permeabilized with 1% paraformaldehyde in a buffer containing 10 mM MES pH 6.2, 10 mM NaCl, 1.5 mM MgCl<SUB>2</SUB> and 2.5% glycerol and subsequently permeabilized with 0.1% Triton<SUP>™</SUP> X-100. Fixed cells were co-immunostained with 2 μg Rabbit Anti-COG6 (C-terminal) (<B>Cat. No. SAB4200442</B>) followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, Cy3<SUP>™</SUP> conjugate (red, panel A and B) and with a Golgi marker (green, panel B). Cells were counterstained with DAPI to stain nuclei (blue, panel B).
