<B>Immunofluorescence</B><BR/>HepG2 cells were fixed and permeabilized with 4% Paraformaldehyde and 0.5% Triton X-100. Fixed cells were stained with Mouse Anti-PUS7 Clone: PUS7-A187 (<B>Cat. No. SAB4100173</B>) diluted to 1:100. The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Cy3 conjugate. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.

Immunofluorescence
