Immunohistochemistry
Staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human ostochondroma sections with 1:1,000 Monoclonal Anti-Collagen, Type X, Clone: COL-10 (Cat. No. C7974) using biotin/ExtrAvidin^®-Peroxidase.

Immunofluorescence
HT1080 cells were fixed and permeabilized with methanol followed by aceton. Fixed cells were stained with 1:1,000 Monoclonal Anti-Collagen, Type X, Clone: COL-10 (Cat. No. C7974). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Cy3^™ conjugate. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.
