<B>Immunofluorescence</B><BR/>U87 cells were fixed and permeabilized with 4% Paraformaldehyde and 0.5% Triton X-100. Fixed cells were stained with Mouse Anti-BDH2 Clone: BDH2-A112 (<B>Cat. No. SAB4100130</B>) diluted to 1:50. The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Cy3 conjugate. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.
