ab21027 staining alpha smooth muscle Actin in porcine heart tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections).Tissue was fixed in acetone, permeabilized using 0.3% Triton/PBS, blocked using 10% serum for 30 minutes at 22°C and then incubated with ab21027 at a 1/250 dilution for 16 hours at 4 °C. The secondary used was an FITC conjugated donkey anti-goat polyclonal used at a 1/1000 dilution.The green color indicates the staining of alpha smooth muscle actin. The blue color indicates staining of nuclei using DAPI.See Abreview
