ab9391 staining Angiotensin II Type 1 Receptor in human brain tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step was performed for 10 minutes using EDTA/ microwave. Samples were then blocked with 1% serum for 20 minutes followed by incubation with the primary antibody at a 1/200 dilution for 18 hours. An HRP-conjugated horse secondary was used at a 1/50 dilution.
