ab7614 staining Apolipoprotein A I in mouse liver tissue section by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue underwent formaldehyde fixation before enzymatic antigen retrieval with Proteinase K and then blocking with 2% BSA for 20 minutes was performed. The primary antibody was diluted 1/6000 and incubated with sample for 24 hours at 4°C in 1% BSA. A Biotin conjugated goat polyclonal to rabbit IgG was used at dilution at 1/200 as secondary antibody.See Abreview
