Immunohistochemical analysis of formalin fixed, paraffin embedded Human liver tissue labelled with ab98132 at 5 µg/ml followed by biotinylated anti-goat IgG secondary antibody, alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.
ab98132 staining Apolipoprotein B in Mouse liver tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked for 15 minutes at room temperature; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in a citrate buffer pH6.0. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (0.5 ug/ml in BSA/TBS buffer) for 30 minutes. ab97101 Rabbit polyclonal Secondary Antibody to Anti-goat HRP, IgG - H&L, pre-adsorbed (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.See Abreview
