Tissue underwent fixation in formalin, embedded in paraffin, heat mediated antigen retrieval in 10mM EDTA buffer pH 8.0 and blocking in 5% serum for 20 minutes at 20°C. The primary antibody, diluted 1/300 in TBSTween and incubated with sample for 1 hour at 20°C. A HRP conjugated goat polyclonal to rabbit was used undiluted as the secondary. See Abreview
