ab85905 staining Aquaporin 5 in Human sweat gland cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde and permeabilized in Triton X-100 prior to blocking in 10% serum for 1 hour at 24°C.
