Immunohistochemical analysis of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded Human skeletal muscle tissue labelled with ab135572 at 1/50 dilution. ab135572 was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.

Flow cytometric analysis of WiDr cells using ab135572 at 1/10 dilution (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

Immunofluorescence analysis of ab135572 at 0.025 mg/ml with HeLa cells. Detection utilised FITC-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (whole molecule). FITC emits green fluorescence. Red counterstaining is PI.
